We offer an efficient and professional auction service for your business. For commercial, industrial, rental companies, financial institutions, bailiffs, real estate agents, business recovery, insurance compagny and others. Whether for clearing inventory surplus, downsizing, liquidation, bankruptcy, accident or other situations, we will make every effort to make your sale a success.
First, we proceed with a free consultation to discuss the purpose of your sale, your expectations, logistecs and a draft strategy. Once in agreement, the contract will be signed. At this point we make an inventory of items to sell and give them a relevant description to attract serious buyers, develop the advertising campaign through various media and build a comprehensive catalog with multiple photographs available to potential buyers.
We offer two types of auctions;
Traditional auctions (live)
These are on site auctions with many physical bidders present in front of the auctioneer. This option is more dynamic and has the advantage of having a ripple effect among the bidders. Our organization of the event is orchestrated to provide a pleasant and efficient auction sale experience. For the day of the sale we will place lots to provide the most value, we will install a registration and cashier desk, execute the sale, receive payments and will ensure an informational support for buyers. In addition, we can offer an opportunity to place absentee bidding online or by phone for those who can not be on site the day of the sale (bids are collected online by our secure website and by phone) .
The online auctions
These auctions require less infrastructure and are less intrusive. The lots are also listed and a detailed catalog is put online on our secure website allowing the customers to register and bid on lots themselves from anywhere they wish! There is usually an “open house” day for viewing to allow prospective buyers to inspect the lots. After the online auction is completed, a day is scheduled for acquisition and payment of lots won.
If a different type of auction or sale is more advantageous, we are able to offer custom options to answer our clients needs.
We work on a commissions base so that we do not charge any fees before your items have been sold! There are fees for placing a reserve price on a lot (minimum price that the item will be sold for) only if item does not obtain the imposed price reserve.
We offer a pickup service for objects or materials to discard.
Emptying a warehouse, a building to be demolished and other situations where everything must come out can be expensive. Container rentals for trash, employees and other costs can make your money disappear quickly. Our very competitive rates may benefit you in many situations such as; abandoned buildings, insurance claims, recoverable sinister objects, obsolete rolling stock, recyclable material such as metals, surplus, pre-demolition sales (architectural antiques) and other. If the situation permits, a sale can even be made on site and you will receive money instead of paying!
