We offer 2 types of auctions
The auction is done on site with the bidders well present in front of the auctioneer. This option is very dynamic and has the advantage of having a ripple effect between bidders. Our organization of the event is well orchestrated to offer an efficient and enjoyable buying and selling experience. We therefore highlight the lots, set up an after-sales registration and invoicing office, carry out the sale and provide informative support to buyers. In addition, we offer a possibility of absenteeism prior to the traditional auction allowing absentees to make their voice heard during the event (bets are collected by our secure website in a very similar way to online auctions only).
This auction requires fewer staff and is less intrusive. The lots are also listed and a detailed catalog is posted on our secure website. Bidders can register, allowing them to bet independently, wherever they are! We usually allow at least one day of visit to the premises allowing future buyers to inspect the lots at their leisure and at least one day is planned for the payment and acquisition of the winning lots when the online sale is over.
Remuneration and recovery
We operate on commissions in such a way that we do not charge you any fees until your items have been sold! Only the situation where you choose to put a reserve on a lot (minimum sale price) and the item is not sold because it has not reached this amount, a reserve fee applies.
Emptying a warehouse, a building to be demolished or other situation where everything has to come out can be expensive. Our services can benefit you in many situations; abandoned building, insurance claim, recoverable objects of disaster, recyclable objects such as metals, surplus, pre-demolition sale and others. If the situation lends itself to it, a sale can even be made on the premises and you will receive money instead of giving it away!
